What previous participants have said:
I really enjoyed the experience of trying the techniques Sally suggested and the focus on the process rather than what the outcome would be. Sally is knowledgeable, thoughtful and calm with her approach. It was lovely to spend two hours being creative and getting lost in what we were doing, trying new things and exploring what I liked doing. Thank you.
Laura
I haven’t done any art since school and the session with Sally helped me to realise that I do have a creative side. I was pleasantly surprised by what I could create, which gave me a boost in self-esteem at a time when I needed it most. It was such a refreshing change from the usual routine and a lovely way to see a different side of myself.
Elly
I enjoyed the freedom to express myself creatively and have some meaningful mindfulness time for myself.
Julie
My favourite thing about the session was letting go and just enjoying the painting process.
Helen
The session was a reminder that life isn’t that deep. I deeply enjoyed a moment to relax and prioritise myself.
Kate
It was lovely to spend some time purely engrossed in one thing only with no distractions, doing something I would never usually find time for.
Rachel
It was great to focus on doing something completely new to me, I felt much more calm and relaxed after doing the painting and an unexpected sense of achievement.
